3-Month Warranty Policy for Refurbished Devices

Thank you for purchasing a refurbished device from furbd. We are committed to providing high-quality products. All devices are sold with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is designed to ensure that your device performs as expected and provides you with peace of mind.

Coverage

This 3-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your refurbished device under normal use from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, furbd will, at its option:

• Repair the device at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
• Replace the device with a refurbished device of the same model or a similar model of equal or greater specification.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage : including but not limited to drops, spills, and impact.
• Cosmetic damage : such as scratches, dents, or other aesthetic damage.
• Damage caused by misuse : including but not limited to improper storage, installation, or operation contrary to the user manual.
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications : including any attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the device by anyone other than an authorised Furbd technician.
• Damage caused by external factors : including but not limited to power surges, lightning strikes, or other natural disasters.
• Battery degradation : as battery performance may naturally decrease over time and with use.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue with your device within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at ask@furbd.org.uk with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
2. Return Authorisation: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we provide instructions for returning the device to us.
3. Return the Device: Ship the device back to us following the instructions provided. Please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Assessment and Repair/Replacement:Upon receipt, our technicians will assess the device. If the defect is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the device and return it to you at no additional cost.

Limitations of Liability

furbd’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the device. furbd is not responsible for any data loss, personal injury, or damage to other property resulting from the use of the device. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before returning the device for warranty service.

Transferability

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period is not extended if the device is replaced or repaired.
