furbd’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the device. furbd is not responsible for any data loss, personal injury, or damage to other property resulting from the use of the device. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before returning the device for warranty service.
TransferabilityThis warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period is not extended if the device is replaced or repaired.

Some devices may include an "Upgraded" status, meaning we have improved performance by upgrading.
This ensures that even pre-owned devices offer great performance and reliability.
There are certain geographical exceptions.
